Chamori Kaddon Pika

Dedicated to my dearest "Graciela"

Designed and Prepared by Norbert Perez (2002)

1/2 cup Coconut Vinegar (Binaklin Tuba)                         
2 cups Water                                                                         
20 pieces Chamori Chili (Donne' Såli)
2 tablespoons Chamori garlic                                                    1 whole Onion sliced
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper                                                        1/4 cup fresh Cocount Milk        
2 pounds fresh Chicken (chopped in bite-size)       
 

Step one:
Cook Chicken with all ingredients (excepting coconut milk ) for at least 2-Hours.

Step two:
Add Coconut Milk and cook in low heat for 20 minutes.           Serves 4
